Unity Node & Token Bundle Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
References to World Mobile Chain (WMTx) refer to World Mobile Treasury Services.
2. Bundle Description & Price
- USD $5,000 per Bundle.
- Includes:
- 1 Unity Node NFT - fully transferable and sellable.
- 200 Unity License NFTs - transferable, sellable, and leasable.
- $1,875 USD MNTx + $1,875 USD WMTx tokens - locked & staked for 24 months.
Note: Unstaking the tokens after the 24 month period will result in your node being made available on the secondary market.
3. Nature of Rights and Use
Utility only; not shares, securities, or debt; no equity or voting rights.
4. Eligibility & Compliance
Must be 18+, legal capacity; comply with local laws; Company may conduct KYC/AML.
5. No Investment Advice; No Promise of Earnings
Company is not an investment adviser; no guarantee of profits, token appreciation, or returns; purchaser may lose entire amount.
6. Token Allocations and Delivery
- Each Bundle includes $1,875 USD MNTx + $1,875 USD WMTx utility tokens.
- Delivery of Both Tokens: Upon completion of purchase and confirmation of purchaser's wallet, Company will deliver both allocations to that wallet using the same delivery process and schedule.
- Tokens are utility-only; confer no ownership, equity, or voting rights. Purchaser responsible for safekeeping wallets; blockchain transactions are irreversible.
7. Risks & Disclaimers
Covers volatility, regulatory changes, technical failure, potential loss of all funds, etc.
8. No Reliance; Independent Advice
The purchaser has not relied on outside statements; should seek independent legal, tax, financial advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
“As is,” no warranties; liability capped at purchase price; no consequential damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hong Kong, conducted in English under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) acting as the appointing authority.
11. References to Tokens
Any reference to World Mobile Token (WMTx) or Minutes Network Token (MNTx) within these Terms shall be deemed to mean and include World Mobile Treasury Services in relation to WMTx and Minute Network Token in relation to MNTx. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that all dealings, obligations, and references to WMTx or MNTx are expressly understood as dealings with the respective treasury services described above.

By checking the acceptance box and completing online purchase, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these terms, conditions and all disclaimers.
When you purchase your Unity Node License NFT, you acknowledge and agree that the NFT will be locked and non-transferable to smart contracts for 30 days after the final Unity Node is minted, or 180 days from the date of minting, whichever occurs first. Wallet-to-wallet transfers are not locked and are fully operational.
