You can purchase up to 100 Unity Nodes as an individual, business or enterprise.
Each Unity License requires its own plan. If you lease a license, either the license holder (leaser) can pay for the plan, or you can cover the plan on their behalf.
Licenses & Ownership
Licenses are included with the Unity Node purchase to build your personal edge infrastructure network, or to be used in a lease model.
Yes, anyone can purchase a Unity Node License and become a Unity License Operator, but it must be purchased on the secondary market from a Unity Node Operator or Unity License Operator.
Unity licenses are sellable, transferable as NFTs, or leasable. The Unity Node Operator can negotiate and agree on the fee shared with the license operator.
You can transfer a Unity License within the Unity Application, under the “License management” section from your mobile phone. Additionally, every Unity License is represented by a NFT and can be sold on any secondary NFT Marketplace.
All Unity Licenses are represented by NFTs and are resellable on any secondary NFT marketplace.
Any or all of the 200 licenses you can choose to own, transfer, lease or sell.
Unity Node Operators can lease any of their owned Unity Licenses from within the Unity Application, by setting the fee that the leased Unity License Operator shares with the Unity Node Operator
The percentage can be set by agreement between you and the Unity License Operator via a direct digital agreement.
Unity is built in a modular fashion, and supports the growth of the ecosystem by enabling telecommunications solutions to be built and deployed on the network.
We have released 1,200,000 Licenses. 200 Licenses are included with each Unity Node.
If we are running at full capacity and the licenses have been in usage. We will be able to release more licenses. However, we will not increase the amount of Unity Nodes.

Licenses stay valid indefinitely. They have no expiration date. You can revoke a license that you have chosen to provide an external Unity License Operator at any time.
All licenses can be managed within the Unity Application.
License distribution is managed directly in the Unity app. You can either set up digital agreements with custom percentage splits for leases within the app, or transfer the license NFT entirely through the app.
Running the Node & Application
The Unity Application is compatible with all smartphones that run Android or iOS.
You simply install the Unity Application and you can start running it immediately after activating your Unity Node, or Unity Operators license.
Yes, when you login to the Unity application, you will have the option to both manage your Unity Node and Unity Licenses.
The management of multiple Unity Nodes is possible from within the Unity Application using the same mobile phone.
No. Each Unity License requires its own individual phone to operate. A single phone cannot run multiple licenses.
No. While you can manage multiple nodes from one phone, only one Unity License can be actively operated per device.
There is no limit to the amount of Unity License Operators that can run from a single location.
The Unity Application is incredibly light weight, and is not CPU or RAM intensive. Unity is designed to run on all Android and iOS smartphones.
You can install the Unity Application directly from the Google Play Store or Apple Store, the installation & setup takes less than a minute.
It can run on either a prepaid SIM or contract SIM plan.
Unity is network agnostic and compatible with all operators and phone plans. WiFi is also supported.
You do not need a separate phone to run Unity. You can run Unity on your existing phone. If you want a separate phone to run Unity on, that is completely up to you and at your discretion.
Yes, licenses are still valid if you change your SIM card or mobile phone. You can reassign a license from the Unity Application, using your Unity License NFT as access authorization.
Unity only consumes data from your plan, not minutes. If you are connected to WiFi, no mobile data is used.
Yes. Unity will still function as long as your phone has an active internet connection through WiFi. The application also displays a connectivity indicator at all times, so you can easily verify that your node is online.
Unity does not collect any personal or identifying information from Operators.
The system only records the technical data required to verify network activity and issue rewards (e.g; quality metrics, and anonymized device performance statistics).
Unity is fully GDPR compliant. No names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personally identifiable details are collected or stored.
Network & Infrastructure
No, there is no Unity license device limit per country.
All edge network endpoints are being thoroughly monitored on availability and quality via the existing ecosystem’s Validation nodes.
Unity is compatible and functions in all countries, except where VoIP services are restricted or where international sanctions apply. VoIP restrictions exist in countries such as the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and China, where access is blocked or limited to government-approved providers. Unity also cannot operate in comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as well as other sanctioned countries such as Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Venezuela, Yemen, and Zimbabwe.
Rewards & Earnings
Each Unity Node comes with 200 transferable, sellable, and leasable Unity Node Operator Licenses. You can earn 75% of the generated carrier fees by running the licenses yourself, or you can lease them and receive a negotiated split of the revenue from each leased license.
You are being rewarded with crypto for verification of the global telecommunications grid.
Unity Node and Licensed Operators are eligible for rewards immediately from the moment of operation.
License Operators can select from a range of different reward payout options, for instant withdrawals.
There is no minimum amount to withdraw your crypto rewards except for the withdrawal fees set by the blockchain network itself. So any amount above the transaction fees can be claimed at any given moment.
Rewards do not expire.
25% of the total amount of rewards generated are transferred to World Mobile Chain and Minutes Network Token.
25% of all revenue generated by Unity Node Operators flows back into the Minutes Network Token and World Mobile Chain ecosystems.
WMTx (12.5%): Allocated to the buyback pool to cover DePin service fees.
MNTx (12.5%): Allocated to the DePIN service fee pool for buybacks, then added to the MNTx Reward Pool and distributed at the end of each epoch.
Yes, you will generate rewards for the time that you operated the Unity License on your phone. When your phone is offline, or out of battery, your phone will not generate additional crypto rewards.
As a Unity License Operator, you are rewarded for your individual work.
You have an overview with your earnings updated in real time within the Unity Application.
Crypto rewards generated from active licenses are updated and withdrawable on a minute to minute, instantaneous basis.
Tokens & Staking
The WMTx and MNTx tokens included within each Unity Node purchase, are locked for a period of 24 months.
You will need to have the minimum staked amount required (Subject to the price of WMTx and MNTx at the moment of purchase) in order to keep the Unity Node NFT. Unstaking the tokens will result in forfeiting your Unity Node.

No, this is not a requirement. You do not need to stake additional tokens beyond the initial locked amount.
Requirements & KYC
Yes, anyone who wishes to purchase will need to undergo KYC. KYC is provided by ShuftiPro.

Operations & Efficiency
If your Mobile Phone attached to a particular Unity License goes offline, or becomes unavailable, it will not generate crypto rewards during that time period. When it is back online, it will automatically continue to generate crypto rewards.
Yes, it can run on older or second-hand devices.
You will notice a green “active” indicator, with all statuses set to “Active” in the Unity Application.
The Unity Application will prompt you to update to the latest version in the case that an update is required.
Rewards are calculated based on the services provided and their respective value, with a complete overview of your rewards and the amount of crypto generated by your licenses visible within the Unity Application.
There is no dilution of rewards over time, as the network grows and its users; the rewards will only grow over time.

If you are running the Unity Application as a Unity Node Operator, you do not need additional permissions. If you are running the Unity Application as a License Operator, you may need to provide additional permissions. If additional permissions are required, you will be prompted.
Unity Node Operators are paid in a range of partnering cryptocurrencies. Unity License Operators select from a range of popular partnering cryptocurrencies. Reward management or reward withdrawal is handled from within the Unity Application.
The rewards are not affected by different carriers or SIM plans.
There are no penalties for devices going offline but the rewards are being connected to tasks that have been completed. The longer the application is online, the higher chances of completing tasks the device has and the more rewards it generates.
For both the Unity Node owners and the license operators, full statistics are available in the application and are being updated frequently. Statistics will also be made available online via a Unity Explorer.
Yes, the long-term vision is for Unity to transition into a DAO model, where governance and key decisions are managed by the community of Node and License Operators.
The reward allocations for Unity Node Operators, MNTx/WMTx Reward Pools, and Unity License Operators are fixed. However, within the lease model, the Unity Node Operators determine the percentage share of rewards it receives from the Unity License Operator.
Unity doesn’t replace your mobile operator. It works on top of existing networks to verify, test, and improve the global telecommunications grid, while rewarding participants.
No, Unity does not interfere with your calls, texts or data. Your mobile phone will operate as it did before the installation of the Unity Application.
